Five to eight working daysDuty and any local tax are paid by you on arrival. We cannot tell you what they will be.

Anything that is out of stock is not on the site to buy, so an order that goes through is an order that ships. We do not take payment for something we have not got.

Sixty days to change your mind

Unworn, with the tags still on, and washing it counts as wearing it. Sixty days from the day it lands, which is long enough to buy a jumper in September and decide about it in October.

2. 2.We send a labelBy email, within a working day. Postage is on us for anything going back within the UK.
3. 3.Put it in the postIn the bag it arrived in if you still have it, in anything else if you do not.
4. 4.Money back in three daysTo the card you paid on, from the day it reaches Nottingham. Exchanges go out the same day.

Two things are not returnable and both are on the product page before you buy: socks once the band is off, and anything we have altered or taken up for you.

If it is the size that is wrong

Most of what comes back comes back a size out, and almost all of that is because everything here is cut with room in it. The size guide publishes how much room, garment by garment, and will work your size out from your own measurements.

If it is worn rather than wrong

A returns window is for something you have changed your mind about. A seam that has gone after two years is a different thing and it is not a return: send it back and we will mend it.
